Power Wash
Clean all surfaces to remove dirt, mildew, and loose paint. A clean surface is essential for paint adhesion.
Scrape, Sand & Caulk
Remove all loose and peeling paint. Sand rough edges. Caulk gaps around windows, doors, and trim to seal out moisture.
Prime Bare Areas
Prime any bare wood or patched areas before topcoat. Skipping primer is the #1 reason exterior paint fails early.
Apply Premium Paint
Two coats of Sherwin-Williams or Benjamin Moore exterior paint — formulated to withstand Oregon's wet winters and UV exposure.
